Natural Gas was declared “Green” under the New EU Plan. Lawmakers in the European Union voted to include Natural Gas in the bloc’s list of investments deemed sustainable. The energy source to be included in the EU’s so called green taxonomy if it meets a series of conditions such as limits on greenhouse gas emissions.

Aside from organizational issues such as business structure, legal and tax issues, the project will also make use of an effective and efficient way of personal management strategy as the personnel of the company will increase productivity and motivation in the workplace as a result of improvement of working environment of the project area. The skilled and unskilled local laborers will be employed competitively on contract bases as per the prevailing labour rules, regulations and policies of the country.

 

Accordingly, both local laborers and external staff will be benefited from available health and safety, minimum national wage payment, equal employment opportunity, ensuring safe working environment and coverage of insurance policies as well as training and capacity building policies and rules of the country and companies to produce quality renewable energy products and to undertake the maintenance and operation of the project in sustainable way during the lifespan of the project. As part of the reward and motivation strategy for the employees, a scheme for granting some corporate shares to some key management members will be applied as administrative strategy so as to realize the high performance level of the project intervention. In this way employees will feel that they own a stake in the company and will be benefited directly from the anticipated growth of the partner companies
